Terms and Conditions

By using the services of MyCPRclass, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all users of our website, services, and bookings.

MyCPRclass offers CPR, First Aid, and other emergency training classes for individuals and groups. We offer both in-person classes at our Miramar/Pembroke Pines location and mobile training services to other locations as agreed upon.

Booking: All classes must be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly. We require advanced booking to guarantee availability.

Deposit: A $25 deposit is required for all in-person classes at the time of booking. The deposit will be deducted from the total class fee.

Payment: Full payment for the class is due on the day of the training, after the deposit has been applied.

Class Confirmation: Once payment is made and the deposit received, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

Cancellations by You: If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded.

Cancellations by Us: If we need to cancel or reschedule your class due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with an alternative date or a full refund.

No Shows: No-show clients will not receive a refund or rescheduling option unless there are extenuating circumstances discussed with us beforehand.

By booking and participating in our CPR training, you agree that:

Liability Release: MyCPRclass is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during the CPR class or while practicing the techniques learned.

Physical Fitness: You are responsible for your physical ability to participate in the training. If you have any medical concerns or conditions, please inform the instructor beforehand.

Emergency Situations: CPR training is not a guarantee of success in an emergency. Participants are encouraged to seek professional medical attention immediately following an emergency situation.

Upon successful completion of the course and skills demonstration, a certification will be provided. Please note:

Renewal: CPR certifications are valid for two years. You will need to renew your certification before it expires.

Certification Records: We maintain a record of all issued certifications. If you lose your certificate, please contact us to request a reissue (additional fees may apply).

We value your privacy. Personal data collected during class bookings or through our website is processed according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill your booking or provide training.

Respect: All participants are expected to be respectful and cooperative during training.

Zero Tolerance Policy: We reserve the right to remove any disruptive or disrespectful individuals from the training session, without refund.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
