Personal Support Worker (PSW) is a healthcare professional who helps people with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or age-related needs with daily activities, providing physical and emotional support to help them live independently at home or in care facilities, handling tasks from personal hygiene, bathing, and feeding to light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders.

• Bilingual
• High school diploma or GED required.  
• Home Health Aide Certificate  
• Physical Statement (within 6 months)  
• Local & Level 2 Background   
• Experience in disability services preferred but not required.  
• APD trainings (Direct Core, Zero Tolerance, HIPAA, HIV/AIDs, All Waivers)  
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). 
• Valid driver’s license  
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs depending on client needs.  
• Strong communication skills, patience, reliability, and integrity. 
• Ability to use phone application to clock in/out and create progress notes without supervision
