Due to high demand and limited class sizes, all payments are non-refundable.
🔹 Student Manuals
Printed student manuals will be given as supplies last.
eBooks will be given in substitution to accommodate. Please ensure you provide a valid email address so you can follow along during class. We can assist in creating one for you for extra fee of $3.00.
🔹 Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of $25–$50 (based on the total course cost) is required to secure your class date.
The remaining balance is due at the end of class via our secured Paylink, Cash, Zelle, or CashApp. (Information for Zelle & CashApp will be provided)
🔹 Certification Requirements
To receive your official AHA certification, the full course payment must be completed.
🔹 Late Policy
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notice, a $10 late fee will apply. Please be respectful of your instructor’s and classmates’ time.
🔹 Rescheduling
You may reschedule your paid registration once to another available class within 30 days of your original date.
🔹 Cancellations Due to Weather
We value your safety! If you feel uncomfortable traveling due to weather, please contact us to reschedule. We’re flexible—just give us a call.
